Tafil contains tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that relaxes smooth muscle and improves blood flow.
Used for: erectile dysfunction and the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Caution: must not be taken with nitrate medicines.
